Jennifer Aniston is a great actor who has starred in many television shows and movies including Friends, Horrible Bosses, Along Came Polly, and more recently We’re The Millers.
The actor has recently stirred up some trouble by not paying a contractor for the work it had completed. Aniston hired the company, J.R. Darnall Associates, to build a deck for a party she was having, as well as to complete other minor renovations throughout the house.
A written contract was not created but the company says that Aniston broke their verbal agreement.
Now J.R. Darnall Associates built the deck and their other projects. Jennifer Aniston had her party and then called J.R. Darnall Associates telling them that there was a leak. The company offered to send an employee to Aniston’s home but the deck had been destroyed and removed before the company could survey the problem.
The company has charged Aniston just over $43,000 for their services but she has refused to pay. J.R. Darnall has also reported that Jennifer Aniston has ended all communication.
Why won’t Jennifer Aniston pay for the deck? I’m sure she has the money. She probably should have let the company complete their inspection before tearing up the deck.
